01 • About Stormzy
From charts to a
process.
Four-plus years of learning what to trade, how to trade it, and — just as importantly — when not to trade at all.
I started with simple long-term plays, moved into swing trading options, then spent time trading 0DTE IWM, SPY and QQQ options before eventually finding futures.
Futures became the market where I found the biggest strides in my consistency. Today I primarily trade NQ / MNQ, ES / MES and GC / MGC.
I'm grateful for the people who helped guide me along the way. The goal now is to pass that knowledge forward without creating dependence on alerts or signals.
Long-Term Plays
Started learning the markets through simpler long-term positions.
Swing Options
Moved into swing trading options and learned more about volatility and timing.
0DTE Options
Traded IWM, SPY and QQQ 0DTE setups and developed an active execution style.
Futures
Found futures, refined a repeatable process, and built the approach Stormzy Trades is known for today.

Two setups.
One philosophy.
BOS + FVG and Golden Zone + VWAP are the core A+ setups I look for. The names matter less than the conditions, confirmation and execution.
A+ Setup 01
BOS + FVG
Break of structure, displacement, a fair value gap and a patient retracement back into an area where the setup can confirm.
A+ Setup 02
Golden Zone + VWAP
The Golden Zone is an area of interest — not an automatic entry. I want the retracement, confluence and confirmation before executing.
